No after sales service AT ALL

Snatcher is OK until heaven forbid THEY MAKE A MISTAKE - then they disappear and you have to phone, e-mail and chase with very little, if any, response.

I ordered an item for a birthday present, well in time, or so I thought. When I opened the outer carton, I could immediately see they had sent the incorrect item so I DIDN'T EVEN OPEN THE PLASTIC WRAP. I immediately phoned to confirm my next steps as well as to ask that this exchange now be expedited because this was a gift and I needed it urgently. Well another 2 e-mails, a photo showing the UNOPENED package and a whole host of attempted phone calls and all I've succeeded in doing is to return the unwanted item. No-one EVER contacted me - I had to repeatedly initiate the contact - so much for a reply within 48 hours - never happened, NOT ONCE. I cannot get through on the phone anymore - I hold forever and eventually simply get cut off.

I STILL DO NOT HAVE my correct item - I have missed the birthday and no word as to when I can hope to get the correct item.
