No After Sale Service

I placed an order on 6 January at Snatcher(Snr ***) which was delivered 2 weeks later. On my account the order reflected as "fulfilled" however 1 of the items - The Smart Design Refrigerator pull out egg drawer was not included in the delivery although I had paid for it. When I called the call Centre, the lady very rudely said she can't help me telephonically and I must send an email. I have sent numerous emails without any response or a reference nr that my complaint has been received. I guess they were hoping that I wouldn't notice as I had ordered so many products. Not to mention that I ordered over R 10 000 worth of products from them in 2019??? Very disappointed in their customer care.
