New to snatcher

It was my first time ordering from Snatcher. My order took two weeks to be delivered. However I was happy with my order and the price I paid. Until the whistle part of the kettle fell off within the 3rd time using the kettle. I've just sent a return request. Will wait and see how long the return process will be.
