NEVER WILL I EVER AGAIN

It took snatcher almost 2 weeks to process my order of 1 pair of headphones, when I inquired as to why its taking so long for just 1 pair of earbuds I got a very condescending response, repeating their delivery process i acknowledged that I did read all that but it still didnt answer why it took over 10 days to process an order that would have taken their team all of 10 seconds to process and dispatch because it wasnt exactly a long to do list.. after Receiving the earbuds you could clearly see that they had provided a much older model because i had ordered the M27 5.3 but instead i got the M10 5.1. So i brought this to their attention got responses from 3 different opperators the first 1 admitting that they had run out of stock while processing which i appreciated he honesty but didnt appreciate that no one informed me of or even asked me if i wanted an older model instead. the second 1 disagreed with me and said that it is actually a newer and better model that was supp****... and the 3rd 1 also disagreed and said no the right earbuds were supp**** there was just a discrepancy on the box but it was right. as if im so stupid and blind that i cant read the specifications of each and compare, also i clearly must have been dreaming when i ordered the m27s because the m10s i received were right apparently and i also dont understand numbers and dats because m10 5.1 manufactured 2020 is newer than the 2022 m27 5.3... coz funny enough i actually bought the m12s 5.2 about 2 years ago so those must elite.
