NEVER WILL I BUY FROM SNATCHER AGAIN!!!!!!!!!

WORST SITE EVER! I will not buy anything from them ever! I buy a lot on TAKEALOT and no problems at all. I make use of other sites with no problems. I bought a product from them and when I look on my order it was cancelled. I notified them and they sent me the product. I opened the box and it was the wrong product. The machine that was advertised was a 3000w and the one I received was a 1200w machine. I used it for 5 minutes and it stopped working. I phoned them and was waiting for two hours before they answered the phone! I'm waiting now for a response to see if they are going to resolve the broken machine!!
