Never ordering from them again

Snatcher, I can't rate your service, since it's non-existent! I placed an order on 16 November. I followed up last week, and they said 1 of the items are being shipped from China. Now I've received the item from China seperately, but the rest of my order is still missing in action and I'm not getting any response from Snatcher.
