Never ordering from Snatcher again

I ordered and paid for two items from them. On delivery I only received one of those items. Worse part is I must wait 48hrs before anyone gets to my issue. Why have an online store like this if you cant even package your orders correctly? It is like we as customers must just be glad with whatever service we get from these people. If you going to do something do it right!
