Never never trust Snatcher

Do not use Snatcher. Last Christmas delivery was a disaster, so I thought well this year they are more experienced so should go better. What a MISTAKE. Received an incomplete order of Christmas presents, 3 products not arrived. Some of the products were wrong designs, others pathetic quality. Worse is no feedback via phone (nr does not exist any more), no feedback via email or Facebook. Now need to shop urgently for new presents. I cannot believe that this company is still operating. Rather use Takealot as they could always be trusted. ORDER NUMBER 337290
