Never buying from Snatcher ever again

Purchased headboards in March that got delivered after I had to make follow ups. Eventually got delivered in a faulty condition and requested a replacement. Collection of the faulty headboards took over a week and once again I had to make several follow ups. Their policy is 7days to replace, it’s been two weeks and still no replacement, I threatened to cancel the order and they say that their policy states 15% charge for cancellation…how convenient when they have failed to deliver. It’s now May and I still don’t have what I paid for. Their customer service is pathetic
