I placed two orders on Snatcher in July, one was cancelled and I have not received my refund - the last email I got from them was that they have a backlog so I have to wait, their turnaround time for refund is said to be 15 business days, guys I have been waiting for over a month now, the second one still has not been delivered, and was told they are waiting for their supplier!
