Never again will I buy from them!

Customer service is absolutely shocking!!! takes more than a week and 2 emails to get someone to respond. Items were eventually collected for a refund. 2 weeks go by and I have heard nothing. Only when I emailed them that they asked me for my banking details. Never again will I buy from them!
