Negative experience

As I have ordered before from Snatcher and knows that the products is mainly 'made in China' quality, it usually at least do the job. I have placed an order for a cellphone holder and have been waiting for more than a month for delivery without success. Although the customer services respond to my enquiries, by first telling me it takes at least 10 business days before delivery, and from then on, giving me the tracking nr and courier company name - but thats where assistance stops. The company is quick to take your order but you are not guaranteed of receiving it. You can see on the tracker that it is with the courier company for almost a month now but you do not get any response when trying to contact them. So why use a courier company with such bad service then? Do not waste your money and time on ordering from this company. Rather try Takealot or even Amazon.
