Need my money back

I went online to purchase some few things to you, worst service i've received so far.

I ordered 3 items, 1 i thought i was ordering a bin bag, only for them to send a message to say its only a cover, i rep**** back and said cancel it, no they still delivered it. And i have advised them that i want a refund they told me to send bank proof which i did. When i followed up they asked the same question. I advised its already send.

Second order arrived with *****ed shot, i didnt even try to contact them for that due to the already bad service i am getting.

They hardly respond to emails and ask one thing over and over.

I need them to refund me back my money, buying with them was the worst decision, their package is still seating here unopened ive send them pictures to show them.
