Need for improvement...

I used to rate snatcher 5 stars but sadly with my last 3 orders, they let me down. One was late delivery, one was canceled and refunded 7 working days and the one order was delivered just in time but 2 of the items were faulty. One slightly damaged and the other wasn't like the item on the picture. They are refunding me, just waiting for refund. The delivery cost is also abit much, hope they can do better with the delivery pricing
