Nee sies Snatcher

This has happened to me twice now, where I order from snatcher and they tell me it is put of stock. Now recently it took them 9 days to let me know, after I inquired from them. All they can offer is credit or refund. They don't even offera similar product for that price. The first time it happened they delivered my other products and when I inquired about the other products that were missing they said oh its out of stock..... So if I didn't ask would they have let me know? Very disappointing.
