My Sincere Apology to Snatcher & Lungile

I would like to take back what I said about Snatcher earlier, I have acted out of anger, not having used Snatcher before I became frustrated and **** about 2 weeks late and I've now put the name of Lungile in dissrepute. I have now received my order with her great assistance. I do apologize for putting the name of Snatcher and Lungile in jeopardy. It was a miss communication and with Lungile being the only name i could remember I used that from my frustration. I take full blame for my frustration and a huge apology to Lungile. From all this now I've learnt the company takes customers service very high.
