My order no 298715 was placed on 24 July 2023

My order no 298715 was placed on 24 July 2023. On 31 July 2023 I received only 1 article of my order and not any notice about the other 2 articles. After my email to query the order I was told that the rest of my order was dispatched. It is terrible frustrating that you cannot be contacted by telephone. I still have not received my order and if I trace the parcel I get the message it is in transit. How long is the parcel be in transit? I am not happy at all!!!
