My online experience with snatcher is the most dissatisfied service ever

My online experience with snatcher is the most dissatisfied service ever. I purchased a 10pcs item and only received 1pc. Snatcher cannot and will not understand my order , even after emailing on numerous ocassions. There response is basically order delivered. I will never ever order from snatcher again and even recommend to others . Very disappointing … if I could rate them correctly , it would be a big fat Zero.
