My honest review

I was emailed by Snatcher today, 9 March 2023 to rate my experience with Snatcher as "Your review matters to us". So ok, here is my honest review. I ordered a product on 11 February 2023, waited more than a week with no update on my order, so I sent numerous emails asking for some form of update on my order with no response from them. 4 Inquiries later, on 27 February 2023, I finally received a response stating my order is processed and ready to be shipped from China. 10 Days later (today, 9 March 2023) I have not received my product yet, which is a shame as this was supposed to have been a birthday gift that has come and gone. Maybe not ask clients to leave a review if the product is not delivered yet? Just my 2 cents
