My experience with snatcher, was horrible

My experience with snatcher, was horrible. I placed an order on the 21st of June. I still haven't received my order because Snatcher gave Fast n Furious a wrong cellphone number. The courier company sent my parcel back to Snatcher. I enquired about my parcel on their website nobody came back to me.
