Multifunctional electric clothes dryer

I had placed an order to Snatcher for one of these dryers advertised with a deck bag no where on the advert did it state that the bag had to be purchased separately even in the write up it states that the deck bag could be used as a mini wardrobe They keep telling me that it doesn't come with it, I pointed out to them that it doesn't say that and it's frustrating communicating via email, you can't even talk to someone there as all there complaints are taken via email. It is very time consuming and this item was purchased for gift.

I am still waiting for them to respond in the meantime I see that they had altered their site advertising this item.
