I ordered Samsung phone case and polyester duster,when they delivered my parcel it was only one item inside which is the polyester duster...I tried to send emails several times to tell them that i ddnt receive my phone case and they are telling me to track my parcel and the status is saying collected.

They don't have contact no tobe reached on ,i told them to refund me back my money and they are not responding to my mails.
