I ordered 9 of a product. I had to chase them up on order. When delivery eventually took place I only received 6 of which one was the wrong colour. I was then told order was complete. After countless back and forth via e-mail weeks later I’m still waiting for 4 of my items. It is for a wedding so unimpressed. Not my first bad experience. I won’t be using snatcher again unless they can be more professional
