Mostly quick delivery, I do find however that when one asks the consult for more info on a product, very little is provided which can be off putting to the customer. It feels like the suppliers aren't upfront which unfortunately makes your consultants not well equipped to actually be of any great value. Other than that, mostly have been happy with purchases. I have had to send a faulty item back and it was handled fairly well.
