More service

First time purchase with the online store and was highly disappointed. Firstly my order took longer than the stipulated time and they hadnt even informed me that there would be a delay due to no stock of one of my items

I called them and as then advised that they was waiting for new stock, to which I agreed to.

Upon receiving my order, the same item which I had to wait for new stock was delivered incorrectly meaning the wrong item was sent.

I have sent an email stating exactly that only for a consultant to ask me if I received my order and am happy with it which is confusing to me as I stated my issues to them prior to that.

The Consultant clearly didn't read the email and comprehend it
