Money back

I bought solar lights from them. After weeks they told me that they don't have anything left and offer me a voucher or my money back. I ask my money back. It's now a month later and still I didn't get my money. I send emails. At first they promise me that I will get my money. But later on they didn't bother to answer me! Please help!
