Missing parts waiting for refund

The office chair was not delivered in the original manufacturers box , put in a milex blender box - first cause for concern ! Was well packaged . No assembly instructions on paper , disappointing - sent an email to request instructions, the agent sent a video on how to lift handle and height of chair - this was also disappointing as a person with common sense can do those . Found a video on YouTube myself - to assemble, helped somewhat , but I still had to experiment with parts - no labels and *****s of different lengths - really took so long , if only they could have sent written instructions - on assembly I realized that I received two left handles - to my dismay - these support chair base , so I could not complete the assembly- so heartbreaking as I was one part away from a perfect assembly. I contacted Snatcher after some time with messages and emails - gmail, Facebook , Instagram , DM, messenger - as they do not operate telephonically which is a disadvantage for them - as I could have explained the problem and maybe we could have found a speedy solution . There is a delay in emails and so much is lost in translation - I eventually returned the chair - collection was very efficient - eagerly waiting for my refund - hopefully they will also be honorable and return delivery costs as they made the error in packaging. The office chair itself was awesome , I loved the aesthetic of it and will continue to look for the very similar type from Nu Home and purchase it elsewhere
