Missing items.... no or irrelevant feedback

My purchase took very long to arrive but expected that because there was a lot of things in the basket, But did take much longer then expected. Then one of the things ordered was not available but it was a R50 item and not too worried about that. However I ordered 4 Solar spot lights and only receive 3. Been 2 week now emailing a number of times and nobody can tell me what went wrong or when I can expect to get the item delivered? Very disappointing....
