Missing items in order.

I ordered 3 items from Snatcher on the 16th January 2023. Order #243075. It consisted of 1 × 4m White Rose Fairy Lights, 1 × Universal Car Rear-Vision Mirror Bracket, 1 × Universal Adjustable Arm Phone Holder. I received the first 2 items but not the third item when I opened the box. I wrote to them on the 11th February 2023 (that's when this order arrived, almost a month later). No reply from them. I then wrote to them again on the 18th February 2023, yet again no reply. I feel very dissapointed in this company. This is not the first time I ordered from them, so I am not a new customer to them. I just hope they will reply and give me a reason why not fulfill my order.
