Missing items from order - poor service

I have been ordering from the online store, Snatcher, for several years, with mixed results. Missing items, delays in delivery, damaged or faulty items and other issues have normally been resolved with a credit or refund. They sell reasonably priced toys which is what I mostly buy. I placed an order on the 25th October 2022 which was finally delivered on the 21st November 2022. Out of the 5 items ordered, only 2 were delivered. I am also still waiting for another order from the 2nd November 2022. Yes, they're definitely not takealot. Unreliable, *************, items go out of stock after they're paid for, and the delays in delivery is extreme. I can order something from overseas and it gets here faster with less issues. I was hoping this site would improve with time, but it has gotten worse. I'm complaining for the first time, because my orders were gifts promised to my niece and nephew, which I've been making excuses for constantly. Luckily my takealot order came in time, so I had some presents for their birthday. Disgusted with the poor service, email responses are full of excuses and empty promises. Be careful what you order, check your delivery and test the items before the driver leaves and check that the box is well sealed. Very unreliable. If u want to order Christmas gifts, I guarantee you will be disappointed.
