Missing items and no feedback

On the 25th of November I placed an order from Snatcher. The items were delivered beginning December. On the 7th of December I advised that one of the items were missing. various emails and website queries later I still have not heard anything yet. As this was meant to be a Christas present it will be to late to only resolve in the new year. So disappointing. I will never buy from you again.
