Missing items

My delivery took forever!! When it finally came, the tape was broken, Dawn Wing claimed there was a box on top of it which apparently broke the tape...then when I opened up the box inside my house, there was two items missing. So upset. It was gifts for Christmas. Baby knee socks and xmas lights. Still no response from Snatcher or Dawn wing
