Missing item upon delivery

I ordered 11 items one of them being a kettlebell, which was missing upon delivery. So i sent them a message and the guy who responds says they currently dont have any in stock.. So if I just took my parcel and forgot that i ordered a kettlebell they were just going to keep quiet. No communication nothing, even when they deliver they dont mention that theres a missing item. No email apologising for the missing kettlebell. Even now they haven't told me when im getting my kettlebell.. Whole thing is just a bit shady..
