Misleading information

I placed an order with Snatcher online on the 2st December 2022 (Christmas gift) the adverti*****t stated available thus my order placed, I followed up today on why my order hasn't been delivered as yet (12 December 2022) and received an email stating that it is an import item and will take 10 to 15 business days from when Snatcher receives a tracking from China. This is totally unacceptable and false advertising as this should state that it is an import item. I will be laying a complaint with the NCR as well as the CPA on this matter as well, as I have screenshot the advert still today being advertised as AVAILABLE.
