The company advertises products, using misleading pictures and wording in their adverti*****t.

Once you realize that the product you just bought is not what you were made to believe, cancellation then costs you 15% of the order.

I guess this is a simple case of caveat emptor! read the T&C carefully and first request more info about the product you are about to buy
