****MING, WITH NO CHANCE OF REFUNDS

I believe this company is ****ming consumers. I ordered an item a few months ago. It did not arrived by the due date, when I queried they said arrival had been delayed on their side. Eventually they advised they do not have enough stock and I need to send through paperwork to be reimbursed which I did.

It has been weeks and they are giving the runaround. The story they give is there is a backlog in the accounts department, but no further details. Was getting correspondence from a 'Tashriek', now the mails don't even get a response. The item in question is STILL listed on their website as available and for sale.

Last I heard, they are under liquidation. Yet the emailers are still coming, and they are still flogging products daily. DO NOT BUY FROM SNATCHER.
