****MERS, Won't deliver

Pathetic service from this online South Africa store,more than 30 days since I made an order and after several emails with no acceptable response I am simply disgusted.Looked at the possibility of cancelling an order they say I will be slapped with 15% cancellation order.They are ****mers which gives reputable South African online bad name.I have had an orders from abroad coming earlier than the local stores.Please if you value your time and money please don't order anything from them,even if the offer seems to be good please don't because they simply won't deliver and there is no telephone line to speak to a real person.
