****mers - don't deliver and don't refund

I wish I could give a worse rating than 1 star. Order 294624 refers (again!!!)

I placed and order and paid it on 10 July 2023. The order was not delivered within 10 working days as per their delivery policy on the website. I contacted them countless times, and the only response I got was that they will send tracking info when the order ships.

Eventually on 2 August I requested a refund because I could not wait any longer. They said turnaround time for refunds are 7 days. We are on 24 August and still no sign of any refund. on Friday 18 August I got a reply on Facebook, stating that the refund will reflect within 24 - 48 hours. A week later and still nothing. They dont even respond to my messages anymore. I just want my money back that you were so eager to take when I placed the order. This is absolutely the worst online shopping site in South Africa. I am truly disgusted by your service and how you operate the business. I wish we could take down this site, because looking at the reviews and your Facebook page, there are a lot of customers like me who are being ****med. Once again, I just want my money back.
