****mers, be careful

Guys, you need to be very careful with this shop. They are ****mers with absolutely no sense of concern for the customers. When a shop is too cheap like they are, it's a call for concern.

I ordered a few items a few months ago, and the order arrived incomplete. The most expensive item was not in the order.

The first ***** thing they did was to then send me an email confirming that my order was delivered COMPLETE.

I then email them back and tell them this 1 item is missing, then they say they had no stock, as soon as they have it they will send it. I mean how ***** was that, it was almost like they expected me to forget it.

Then, they send me an email with the options of the albums they have and ask me to choose one. I ask if they are all exactly the same as the one I orders, Tanya who is the person I'm talking to via email confirms so.

They eventually send it, and it's not the album I ordered. I email Tanya back and tell and she insists it's the one I ordered.

She then says if I want to return it, I'll have to organize a courier to pick it up and they will charge me a fee. Now this is where I lose it.

Why am I incurring all theses costs for their mistake. And I ask Tanya, she says that's just the way it is. We have a backwards and forth over days where I want to speak to a manager and Tanya doesn't give me the managers details and insists I incure all these costs and send the l album back.

Till this day, they want me to pay for it and Tanya won't give me her managers number.

They might be cheap but that in it's own is a red flag, rather shop at Takealot our trusted online store.
