Good day,

There is a business by the name off SNATCHER which seems to be a big *****. I have ordered x4 adjustable bar stools from them which they promised to deliver within 10 working days at most.

It's almost a month now and still no delivery, no truthful communication and finally no response at all to my continued emails to them.

I believe they are **** artists because one is unable to talk to anyone via the number listed on their Website, only a voice prompt telling you to reach them through the site which proves useless.

At 1st they responded with lies and continued empty promises, shifting the goal post every time until their lies caught up with them and they stopped responding to my emails.

I went to the address listed on the website but found that they moved. Luckily the security gave me the new address, only to get there and find out that they are never opening the place that they rented at 127 Albertina Sisulu Road, Roodepoort.

Even the security there has his hands full with many many people coming there looking for these guys with no luck at all.

I saw the owner of the property this Monday and she was not aware of what is currently happening at her place with this new tenant, who's only been there for 2weeks but never open and don't operate there.. so how will he pay and what is going on she asked.

She promised to look into them.
