If I could rate them a 0 star rating I would. I understand why they don't take calls - ****mers. I ordered an item on the 26th of May and when I followed up they kept on making promises. They are never proactive - you have to always follow up. Last time I followed up they informed me that they will not be able to send me the product. So I asked for a refund (a month later after my order), they made promises about that too. It is now almost 2 months since I ordered the item and my money is nowhere. I am going to take this further will not let this rest. Will never ever ever order from such an unprofessional organisation again!!!!!!!
