Meridian Massage Pen - Snatcher Online Purchase #309541

I have been trying to resolve an issue with Snatcher for an order that I purchased more than a month ago. I purchased the Meridian Massage Pen on 28/08/2023. The box included to gel containers. When the box was opened, the containers were empty. I have been communicating with customer services department from 18/09/2023. The person has not made any attempt to resolve the issue. She maintains that it was received from the supplier as I had received it. This is very disappointing. They do not communicate timeously.
