I purchased a rug from Snatcher on the 13th of August 2024 and made payment on the same day. My rug is still not delivered but they promised a turnaround time of 10 days. I sent numerous emails till they stopped replying. Please help me i need my money back. I wouldn’t recommend buying from them, they have tge worst customer service ever!!!
