Made order and paid ...

Made order and paid on the 02 Oct 2023, order did not come for weeks then I made contact to check what was the issue...Emails to and fro still no delivery. Finally on the 24 Oct 2023 received the order, 2 items paid for were not inside that delivery. I contacted the store to get explanation and no respond until the 27 October 2023 and told they offer me voucher or refund. 01 November I forwarded my banking details so they can refund me. Same day on the 01 November I was told refund will be made however refund have 7 working days to reflect into my account. Today is the 07 November still no refund. What else my I do. I have been a loyal customer and this is what I get😭😭😭😭
