Low Quality and Long Wait Time

I ordered a smartphone screen on their site on the first of May 2024, recieved my order after 18 days. I have come to understand that after paying them they ordered the same screen in China and sent it to me. Its a low quality LCD panel. Firstly if I wanted to order in China I would have done so myself. Secondly for the money I gave them, I could get a proper OLED display in china and then some! Just dont shop with Snatcher!!! Ohh and they have poor customer service
