Love wasting your time and money

First time I ordered, great. Got my order, no problems. Delivery time is 7-10 days. No problem. Second time I order my order stays on *processing* through 10 working after I ordered. I requested on the 8th working day that I wanted a refund if my order didn't come by the end of the week on the 10th day. I was told it will arrive before the week ends. On the 10th day, still nothing, so I email them saying that I want a full refund and then all of a sudden my order status changed to packed and out for delivery and I was again assured that I'll get my order, to which I didn't. Now they're telling me that I have to wait 5 days for my order when I already told them I want a refund and they're refusing to give me my money after wasting so much of my time.
