Love / Hate Relationship with Snatcher

Snatcher has a lot of work to do. Delivery is the biggest hurdle for this business. I live in JHB where they are based as well as their warehouse. What should take max 1-2 days to get to me, takes 4- 6 weeks. Communication regarding delivery after order is placed says 5-7 days ( not true) thereafter you hear nothing. Products are well priced but it's the luck of the draw whether the product works or not. Snatcher has the right idea but they have a long way to go to be competitive in the ecommerce arena. So many unhappy customers may just be the end to their business. Great prices without quality products and Great Service means they are missing the mark. My most recent purchase was a fan that stopped working after 10 minutes of use, which is most disappointing after waiting weeks for its delivery. I have mixed feelings about this Company or should I say a love hate relationship. I wish they would get their act together as their is a great potential for them in South Africa. Stop Messing up So Badly!
