Lousy service

I placed an order on the 3rd of June and got no tracking number or correspondence until I asked almost after a week and they told me they only send information after 8-10 regarding delivery. My order only came on the 28th of June. A whole 25 days later. They had placed a solar battery on a glass pot which was broken upon arrival. I had ordered a lithium battery but that's not what I got. I had also ordered an electric water heater, which doesn't heat up.

I sent them an email the same of which they didn't respond to. I sent another email after that still nothing. I am extremely disappointed with their service or lack thereof. All they do is send endless adverts which are so distracting especially if you are waiting for important communication. I would like them to either replace these products or give me a refund for the products I'm not happy with.
