long wait order incomplete delivery and more than a week for refund

after my order placed on the 26th of may was only delivered on the 13th of june and 2 of the 4 items were not included in the delivery i was promised a refund that would take no longer than a week, now it is more than a week later and i am being told sorry we have quite a long backlog of refunds that we need to process we will get to yours in time this is unacceptable and i definatley will not remomend anyone buying from them or myself even buying from them again
