long delivery time. still no delivery

I ordered an item from Snatcher. The process from start to delivery is 10 working days. 10 working(and 14 actual) days later and they are still on the first step of the process i.e. "Payment received". I've sent through communications twice to follow up with no response from them. you cannot contact them telephonically. With the competition out there, how is this company still in business. I certainly would never order from them again.
